RSVFX’ employee-led group for women and non-binary identifying individuals', WOMEN IN VISUAL EFFECTS (WIVFX), is one initiative that generates space for open dialog providing support and guidance.

Discover the passion. The Rocket Science VFX UNPLUGGED series goes behind the scenes to get to know the people behind our work and what drives them.

We’re committed to supporting emerging artists transitioning into the industry, fully equipping individuals for success. That’s why we created THE LAB, a four-month internship program tailored to students venturing into the world of visual effects.

Our team partners with accredited post-secondary institutions and under-represented trade organizations to present opportunities within THE LAB program. Prospective candidates get an exclusive glimpse into our workspace, attend industry talks, and engage in interviews with seasoned professionals. Once selected, interns are matched with mentors and engage in creative and technical development sessions with the goal of transitioning to full time roles.
