Leah Bright Global Head of People and Culture

Leah completed her Master of Science Degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of Manchester – with her dissertation focus on Diversity in the Canadian Workforce. She holds an honours Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and English from the University of Toronto, and a Post Graduate Certificate in HR Management from Seneca College. Leah’s experience and genuine curiosity have led her to become specialized in building the HR function, oftentimes from scratch, while developing the HR Strategy, with a focus on the employee experience, and how that translates to the both employer brand, as well as attracting and retaining talent.
